5月15日，记者从甘肃临夏州政府部门获悉，东乡县坪庄乡发现“羊肉卷”丹霞。

该处丹霞地貌岩层纹理与色彩酷似鲜切的羊肉卷，赭红的砂岩如同鲜嫩的肉色，灰白的钙质沉积恰似肥润的脂肪，深浅交织的纹理在光影下清晰分明，将大自然的“刀工”展现得淋漓尽致。
